A former ranger station, built in 1913, passing into private ownership in 1936, the building was expanded over the yrs into a 2 bdrm, 1 bath (1550 sq ft) cottage w/ wood floors & a wrap-around sun porch. Renovated in 2005, high ceilings, 2 sets of french doors & lots of windows bring ample light into every room of the cottage. A metal roof was installed in 2023.
Front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy views of both the sunrise & the sunset. 3 - 10' X 20' bunkies offer an exercise room w/a futon, a small shed w/a workbench & sleeping accommodations for 11 guests. An outdoor shower, sink & composting privy are conveniently located near the bunkies & cottage.
