It's a unique design - a bungalow with a loft that was originally left unfinished when this already spacious home was built. The owners opted to turn that space into the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. That left three bedrooms on the main level - and once the kids moved out, the two back bedrooms became offices.

And then there's the laundry room - refreshingly not the size of a closet.
(Not that anyone's ever truly excited about laundry, closet-sized or otherwise.) From the formal dining room or the living space the front yard is a colourful perennial garden this time of year. Drive by, take an admiring look, then call your favourite realtor for a peek inside.
