I should mention that the laundry room has two closets, one being very large and great for storage.A well planned out basement made for convenience. Upgrades worth mentioning and most done in 2025: freshly painted; beautiful laminate, vinyl and carpet flooring; some electrical light fixtures; some baseboard and trim; bathroom vanity, toilet, faucet, and tub professionally glazed; laundry tub and faucet.

The condo fees increase to $490.71 effect June 1, 2026 but include water and sewer, exterior maintenance including grass and snow removal, exterior insurance (owners obtain their own house insurance as well). A very economical home to operate with the heat/hydro bill at approximately $2100 per year and that includes two air conditioners running in the summer.

I believe this is a great home for the first time home buyer, an investor or , someone who just wants a little less work to do but a beautiful place to call home! Some measurements less jogs.

On the subject property now in "As Is" condition; kitchen refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, over the range vent, washer, dryer, mudroom coat rack. (Automatic garage door opener, central vac and alarm system never used by this owner so unsure if it works.)
